Inauguration of new building for Immigration Check Post ( ICP) Dalu, West Garo Hills District
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya Shri. Conrad K Sangma inaugurated the new building for Immigration Check Post ( ICP) Dalu, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya on the 18 of June 2025 in the August presence of Shri. A.T Mondal, Minister Community & Rural Development Department, Power and Taxation Department, Sri. Marcuise N Marak, Minister Housing, PHE, Soil and Water Conservation Department, Shri. Sanjay A Sangma, MLA Mahendraganj, Shri. Brening A Sangma, MLA Dalu, Shri. Sengchim N Sangma, MLA Chokpot, Shri. J.F K Marak, IPS, DIG Western Range Tura, Shri. L.M Sharma, DIG, Sector HQ BSF Tura, Shri. Vibhor Aggarwal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, West Garo Hills Tura, Shri. Rupam R Marak, MPS, SP, Anti- Infiltration Tura, Smti. Priyanka Watre Sangma, MPS, Additional SP Tura and other dignitaries.
Shri Debojyoti Kar, State IVFRT Coordinator-Meghalaya, Ms. Sengre, DIO, NIC, Tura, Shri Arun Dabas, STA and Shri Biprogenious M Sangma, FMS, ICP Dalu were involved in shifting of equipments to the new location by providing all support to shift and configuring the equipment through vendors/Service providers. The immigration services/activities resumed at the new centre.
