Training on Online RTI Portal held from 10th-13th May, 2022

Training on the “Online RTI Portal” was attended by a total of 591 participants for all the 7 sessions held within the 10th to 13th May, 2022. The half day training was conducted at the MATI Campus, Mawdiangdiang for 2 batches per day Morning Batch (10.30 am to 1 pm) and Afternoon Batch (1.30 pm to 5 pm). Participants include Nodal officers, Public Information Officers (PIOs), Assistant Public Information Officers (APIOs) and all support officers & staff that handle RTIs for all Govt. Institutions under the Government of Meghalaya. The resource persons from NIC gave a complete demonstration on the usage of the portal, followed by a Q&A session. The participants were shown the pending cases under their respective Public Authority and all queries related to its usage, passwords, user names, updation of Public Authority details, etc was shared and addressed with the participants. Finally the training concluded with hands on practical session in the Computer Lab.
